Biography

Originally a classically trained trombonist from Nottingham, Ross learnt his trade playing the pubs and clubs in Ireland and is now playing in the Somerset area. He is equally at home playing for a private function or turning up the heat in a busy bar venue.

Many artists have inspired Ross, but a key thread is big hair and bad fashion sense. He therefore performs covers and tributes to many of these inspirations ie:- Del Amitri, Bon Jovi, The Eagles, Bob Seger, Oasis, The Corrs, Seth Lakeman and many more.

Founding member of "Oversteer”, the rock cover band from Croscombe who made a name for themselves last year playing gigs in the area including the two day “Georgestock” festival in the summer.

Ross works in Wells, during the day, but at night he performs as a solo artist, but occasionally gigging with other musicians including Becky Kemp and Jonathan Payne – a successful pianist/guitarist and vocalist.

There are two main projects underway for Ross at the moment, writing his own songs and the release of his first album. Watch this space for further news.
